The invention discloses a cervical posterior inter-vertebral plate distracted spinous process replanting system and an application method thereof. The cervical posterior inter-vertebral plate distracted spinous process replanting system mainly comprises a open-door posterior inter-vertebral plate distracting part and spines for replanting and fixing the split spinous processes, wherein the inter-vertebral plate distracting part comprises two grooves sheathed at the broken ends of the open-door posterior vertebral plate and a connection part arranged between the grooves, and the spines for replanting and fixing the spinous processes are positioned in the center behind the inter-vertebral plate distracting part. The application method of the cervical posterior inter-vertebral plate distracted spinous process replanting system comprises the following steps: splitting the spinous processes to a certain depth from the posterior midline, truncating the spinous processes, and completing the traditional cervical posterior double-door expansion laminoplasty based on the operation, wherein the open-door posterior inter-vertebral plate is distracted by the system, and the split spinous processes are replanted and fixed to the spines of the system. The invention can reserve the spinous processes and the insertions of bilateral cervical posterior extensor muscles, reduces the biodynamic effect of the cervical laminoplasty on the cervical vertebrae, ultimately decreases the incidence of post-operation complications, and relieves the pain of patients.
