The invention relates to a CT machine scanning mode, an image reconstruction method and a high resolution CT scanning machine. A scanning trace of the scanning mode is that while common shaft scanning is performed, a radiation source, a detector unit and a scanned object generate a fixed-value relative displacement along a rotation center axis, wherein a size of an axial relative displacement corresponding to a circle rotation equals to a width of the 1-2 detector units. A core of the image reconstruction method is that a formula is adopted to carry out reverse projection interpolation so as to consider the axial relative displacement. The CT scanning machine is used for executing the scanning mode and is equipped with the image reconstruction method. In the invention, under the condition that existing hardware equipment is basically not changed, vertical spatial resolution of a reconstruction image is greatly increased.
