Nové zařízení na sušení plynovodů

The difficulties caused by the presence of water in high ― and very high pressure gas pipelines are commonly known. Several ways are recognized to eliminate water or, at least, to prevent these problems. PLYNOPROJEKT and ATEKO companies have developped a new mobile unit for drying of pipelines. This unit is built in a container, which can be transported by a truck LIAZ. Maximum performance of this unit is 3500 m 3 /h. This performance equals drying of 10 km of a pipeline DN 600 within 24 hours at maximum. The dew point of the air coming out the units lower than -60°C. This unit is constructed for a continuous performance. In presented article, a detailed description of this unit is given, including all parameters.
