Three-Dimensional Lattice Model Based on Soliton Theory

A three dimensional lattice model which leads to Hirota’s bilinear difference equation is studied. The corresponding Lagrangean is shown to be equivalent to the hopping term of the Hubbard model for antiferromagnetism which is related to high T c superconductivity under certain conditions.
