A process for the production of metallic structures

The invention relates to a process for the production of metallic structures, in which an initiator composition is applied comprising a photocatalytic substance on a substrate. In this layer, a precursor composition which can be reduced by the photocatalytic activity of the nanorods to a metal, is applied. Thereafter, a pattern template is applied under partial displacement of the precursor composition and then exposing the substrate. Characterized structured metallic structures are produced.
