Parents and Children Together: Design and Implementation of Responsible Fatherhood Programs

As part of Mathematica’s Parents and Children Together (PACT) evaluation, this report describes Responsible Fatherhood grants’ program design and implementation and presents data on enrollment, initial participation, retention, and the amount of services fathers received from December 2012 through August 2014. The report also discusses two approaches to service delivery.
