In one aspect, the interface arteriovenous system may generally include a valve configured to be disposed near or arteriovenous graft at the end or near the first valve and configured to be disposed in the arteriovenous graft at the end opposite to the a second valve. Further, the system may include an actuator assembly in communication with the first and second valves in fluid. The actuator assembly may include a housing, disposed within the housing and a drive assembly disposed within the housing of the drive magnet. Driving magnet rotatably mated to the drive assembly so that when the rotary drive magnet, the drive assembly is configured to be rotationally driven in accordance with the rotation direction of the drive fluid supply assembly to the first and second valves or fluid from the first a second valve and out the valve.
