Extraction and Identification of Volatile Constituents in Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid

The hydrodistillation extraction conditions for the volatile constituents in Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid were optimized. Rxi-5ms(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)was used as capillary column. The initial temperature was set at 50℃ and then raised to 240℃ with a programmed mode. 78 Compounds were separated and 35 of them were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The proposed method can be applied in the extraction and analysis of volatile constituents in other tincture.
