Prediction and evaluation value of cdor Doppler ultrasound for hypertensive disorders complication pregnancy and maternal-infant outcomes

2020
Hypertensive disorders complication pregnancy (HDCP) is a common pregnancy-specific disease which is one of the leading causes of death in pregnant women and perinatal fetuses. Color Doppler ultrasound has been widely used in pregnancy examination, which is of great significance for monitoring the hemodynamic parameters of pregnant women and fetuses. Combined with two-dimensional ultrasonography, color Doppler ultrasound can reflect the blood flow state of fetus and pregnant women and the influence of blood perfusion of fetal organs. The maternal-infant hemodynamics change can reflect the change of pathological process of HDCP, and the uterus-placenta-fetal blood circulation in each stage of pregnancy, therefore it is of great significance in the forecast of HDCP and perinatal outcomes. This article reviews the value of color Doppler ultrasound on the changes of hemodynamic parameters in pregnant women and fetuses with HDCP. Key words: Hypertension, pregnancy-induced; Ultrasonography, doppler, color; Hemodynamics
