ANÁLISE DE HARMÔNICAS – ESTUDO DE CASO DE UMA CENTRAL TELEFÔNICA

This article intends to introduce the results of field measurements assisted by oscilloscope and power analyser at the output of a self-generation plant including three-phase generator driven by a diesel oil engine in a major Central Office of a telephone system. Such an analysis aimed the harmonic components effects not only to the generator itself but also to sensitive loads and operational parameters stated by Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicacoes (ANATEL). Both operational procedures and research advances are suggested to mitigate worsening of the effects due to non-linear loads increase in the telephone system.
