PROBLEMS AND COUNTER MEASURES OF CLEARING AWAY OBSTACLES IN BAILONG RIVER IN ZHOUQU COUNTY

Bailong river was blocked up by huge sparry floodwater on Augst 8th,2010 in Zhouqu county.Water line declined very little after obstacles were multi-times blasted.For solving this problem,several specialists were in the field to review,analyzed reason which water line declined difficultly,and made effective countermeasures.Effect of clearing away obstacles was evident after new blasting scheme was executed.
