Kawasaki disease is an acute vasculitis with frequent involvement of the coronary arteries is an extremely rarely develops in adult patients. The most serious manifestations of Kawasaki disease are coronaritis and formation of coronary artery aneurysms. Thrombosis of aneurysm is a possible complication of Kawasaki disease and a potential cause of myocardial infarction in young. The case of Kawasaki disease, complicated by the development of myocardial infarction in an adult patient is described.
