Studies on Preparative Technology of Rubia Yunnanensis Diels

Objective:to study the best plastic factors of Rubia Yunnanensis Diels dropill technology.Method:to observe factors of TLC qualitative distinction,such as compound proportion of extraction and matrix,the tempreture of making dropill and the bore of dropill and so on with orthogonal test.The result showed that when the porportion of extraction and matrix was 1∶4,the tempreture of making dropill was 85℃,the bore of dropill was 1/2 mm,the speed of dropill was 8+2 drop/min,the distence of dropill was 8cm,the tempreture of cooler was 4±2℃,the column high to be 60 cm,the plastic rate of dropills were highest.Conclusion:This technology was available,the plastic rate of end product were more and the qulity of dropill were up to the standard.
