The invention provides an air deflector and an air conditioner with the same. The air deflector comprises a main air deflector (10) and an auxiliary air deflector (30), wherein the auxiliary air deflector (30) is parallel to the main air deflector (10), the main air deflector (10) and the auxiliary air deflector (30) are connected through a reinforcing piece (20), the auxiliary air deflector (30) is provided with an air deflecting notch (31), and the air deflecting notch (31) is arranged close to a first end of the auxiliary air deflector (30) along an axis direction and/or close to a second end of the auxiliary air deflector (30) along the axis direction. According to the air deflector provided by the invention, the problem in the prior art that a serious condensation phenomenon is occurred in the auxiliary air deflector of the air deflector is effectively solved.
