System wheel coupling (10) parts under a bottom wall (20) of a vehicle, said system including latching a support plate (1) in which is supported substantially horizontally wheel (10), a fixing shaft (2) connected to said support plate (1) and extending through the central hole of said wheel (10), and a lifting cable (3) connected to said fixing shaft (2). The fixing shaft (2), when the wheel (10) is in position beneath the bottom wall (20), through said bottom wall (20), and the coupling system comprises fixing means (4.5) whereby said fixing shaft (2) remains attached to the bottom wall (20) and immobilized in rotation.
