Magnetoimpedance detection of the structural relaxation of amorphous ferromagnetic alloys
2010
The possibility of using magnetoimpedance spectroscopy for detecting the structural relaxation of amorphous ferromagnetic alloys is considered. Studies of cobalt-based amorphous wires show the high sensitivity of the method to structural relaxation processes that occur at 100–200°C and the possibility of recording not only integral changes in the properties of materials under mild heat treatment conditions but also for detecting these changes layer by layer.
