Enterprise Crisis Evaluation and Decision-Making Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

2010
As a result of fierce market competition, enterprises are facing more and more uncertainty, and the crisis probability and its potential harm is also growing.Firstly, general idea of enterprise crisis evaluation and decision is proposed through analyzing crisis information and crisis decision process,in which quantitative assessment is the prerequisite and basis for crisis decision-making.Secondly,a set of evaluation index system of enterprise crisis is designed, and crisis degree index is proposed as early-warning quantitative indicators.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) are adopted in the process of crisis evaluation as crisis evaluation index contains both clear quantitative indicators and fuzzy qualitative indicators. In crisis decision-making process, crisis degree index can be used to determine the level of crisis alert and crisis intervention so that enterprise takes appropriate action.Alert level can be used to judge enterprise crisis state, and to analyze the most likely crisis causes.Thirdly, enterprise crisis decision-making system is discussed from four aspects of crisis information management, crisis evaluation, crisis forecast and crisis decision-making.Finally,an example of crisis evaluation and decision is presented to illustrate the theory of this paper.
