The studies were conducted on 73 male rabbits. Fracture of the femoral neck was formed transcervical osteotomy. We studied the characteristics of reparative osteogenesis in 3 groups of animals: no fixation of the femoral neck, and after nailing bioinert and bioactive implants. In the group without fixation of hip fracture, the process of developing degenerative changes, which is an extension of the fracture line is shown, the displacement of bone fragments at the end of the experiment formed a false joint of the hip. Osteosynthesis of fractures of the femoral neck fractures can achieve fusion. The use of bioactive calcium phosphate coated implants can achieve fracture union at an earlier date.
