Method and apparatus for correcting a temperature signal

The invention relates to a device and method for correcting a temperature signal, particularly a temperature signal that characterizes the temperature of the gases that are supplied to and/or output by the internal combustion engine. A first correction takes the response behavior of the sensor into account, and a second correction takes the temporal behavior of the internal combustion engine and/or of the associated components into account.
