The invention discloses a rotary scanning hyperspectral crop stem information acquisition system which comprises a box body, a hyperspectral information scanning device, a light source and a lifting platform, wherein the hyperspectral information scanning device, the light source and the lifting platform are arranged in the box body, two fixed seats are arranged on the lifting platform, a chuck sleeved on the end part of a crop stem is rotationally cooperated in each fixed seat, and at least one of the fixed seats is provided with a motor for driving the chuck to rotate. The rotary scanning hyperspectral crop stem information acquisition system disclosed by the invention can accurately acquire hyperspectral information on the surface of a measured object at a time, thereby solving the problem that existing hyperspectral systems are difficult to accurately acquire objects with three-dimensional appearance, and achieving the purpose of accurate, efficient, full-range hyperspectral information acquisition.
