Long-period and High-stability Three-dimensional Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering Hotspot Matrix

A novel long-period and high-stability 3D hotspot matrix has been constructed with the assitant of glycerol based on our previous study on dynamic-SERS approach in water system: it can increase efficient hotspots duration from few senonds to twenty minutes, and then strongly improve sensitivity and reproducbility for SERS detection.
