Study on Hot Deformation Behavior of Ti2AlNb-based Alloy

The isothermal constant strain rate compression experiment of Ti 2 AlNb-based alloy was performed on Gleeble-3500 hot simulator, and the flow stresses of the alloy at 900-1100 ℃and the strain rate of 0.01-10 s-1were obtained.The effect laws of hot-deformation parameters on flow stress were analyzed, and the activation energy of the alloy was computed. The constitutive equation of the alloy was established by multiple linear regression method. The error analysis shows that the constitutive equation has a high precision, which can provide theoretical basis for numerical simulation and constituting the hot processing parameters during the forging process of Ti 2 AlNb-based alloy.
