2P-474 Methyl morpholinium-functionalized crosslinked poly(arylene ether sulfone)s for novel anion exchange membranes

Thermally-induced methyl morpholinium-functionalized crosslinked poly(arylene ether sulfone)s have been prepared as anion exchange membranes. With the advantages of bulky morpholinium conductors, combined with terminal crosslinking, the prepared membranes showed high conductivity, thermal and mechanical stabilities. Synthesis, characterization and properties of the membranes will be discussed in detail.
