Sonographic appearance of a neuroendocrine tumor arising in the axilla: case report and literature review.

Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) are tumors that originate from neuroendocrine cells throughout the body. NETs are most commonly found in the appendix, followed by the rectum, ileum, lungs, and bronchi.
