The present invention discloses a magnesium acrylate-superfine cement compounded grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The grouting material is provided for stratum reinforcement in a construction process. Main materials of the grouting material comprise, by weight, 100 parts of superfine cement, 10-30 parts of a magnesium acrylate aqueous solution, 30-70 parts of water, 0.1-0.5 part of trolamine, 0.5-1 part of sodium chloride, 1-3 parts of sodium nitrite, and 0.01-0.05 part of sodium persulfate. According to the present invention, the polymer and the superfine cement are compounded to obtain the quick setting high strength grouting material, wherein the material has advantages of good groutability, adjustable setting time, high slurry consolidating strength and the like; and the magnesium acrylate-superfine cement compounded grouting material has wide application prospects in loose stratum consolidation breaking, foundation improvement, building foundation reinforcement and other fields.
