The present invention discloses a method based on near infrared spectroscopy rice germplasm authenticity NDT methods, including spectral acquisition, spectral preprocessing, clustering analysis. The present invention is the use of different genetic backgrounds of different grain hydrogen-containing groups and chemical composition ratio of rice varieties, clustering model established by near infrared spectroscopy, fast non-destructive detection of distinguishing the authenticity of the seed. This method is advantageous in that detection, rice sample without pretreatment, non-destructive, rapid, efficient, simple, more objective and accurate.
