Study on Optimization of Cemented Filling Body Strength and Material Ratio

To address ground pressure problems caused by upper cavities of a mine and satisfy requirements for filling body strength in mechanical upward horizontal cut and filling stoping,various factors that influence filling body strength are studied.Water cement ratio,mass concentration,curling time are taken as variable parameters,and impact of different water cement ratio,mass concentration and curling time on filling strength are studied with orthogonal tests.And results show that the optimum test condition is 1:4tailings and cement ratio with 72% concentration and 28 days curling period,meeting mining requirements.
