Microbiome diversity in carriers of fluoroquinolone resistant Escherichia coli

Purpose Fluoroquinolone-resistant (FQR) Escherichia coli causes transrectal prostate biopsy infections. In order to reduce colonization of these bacteria in carriers, we would like to understand the surrounding microbiome to determine targets for decolonization.
