Wireless neuronal control device based on optogenetics

2017
The invention relates to the technology of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a wireless neuronal control device based on optogenetics. The wireless neuronal control device comprises a viral vector, a viral vector carried promoter, photosensitive protein and fluorescent protein. The promoter is used for specifically expressing the photosensitive protein at the specific target tissue to realize specific precision control, wherein the photosensitive protein is the key of exerting the effect. The wireless neuronal control device also comprises an LED luminescent module and a wireless control device. The LED luminescent module comprises an LED array and an energy receiving system. The wireless control device comprises an energy transmitting system and a controller. The energy transmitting system transmits energy to the energy receiving system. The LED array and the energy receiving system are packaged in biocompatible insulation material and arranged at the target tissue close to the viral vector. According to the device, wireless energy supply and remote control of an optogenetics stimulation system can be realized, the device has the characteristics of miniaturization, wireless control, less heat production and less damage to the target tissue, and the device can be used for the field to which the optogenetics can be applied.
