Disturbance observer based active synchronization of energy resource chaotic system

In this paper, the issue of synchronization for a three-dimensional energy resource chaotic system is considered. To achieve the synchronization between the drive and response systems, active control with known parameters has been designed. In consideration of the existence of disturbances, a new design of disturbance observer is proposed based on synchronization errors. Active control with such disturbance observers is employed to synchronize the drive and response systems. Conditions of the asymptotic stability for closed-loop system are obtained by Hurwitz stability criterion. Numerical simulations are provided to confirm the proposed approach.
