The utility model relates to a controller, in particular to an intelligent controller of a breaker. The intelligent controller of the breaker comprises an input and output module, a human-computer interface module and a communication interface. A signal processing chip ARM is respectively connected with the input and output module, the human-computer interface module and the communication interface, practical working data of the breaker is collected through the signal processing chip ARM. The intelligent controller of the breaker further comprises a signal adjusting module and an alternating load module, the alternating load module is connected with the signal adjusting module, and the alternating load module converts an input alternating high-voltage and a high-current to a low-voltage signal and a low-current signal for dispose of the signal adjusting module. The signal adjusting module is connected with an AD port of the signal processing chip ARM, a voltage current signal input by the alternating load module is further processed to a signal which can be received by an AD port of the signal processing chip ARM. The controller is reasonable in design, clear in operation and data display and solves problems that an average over current controller cannot detect an over current intellectually and the like.
