Continuous single-tank fermentation process of bacillus in membrane coupled clear liquid for producing levolactic acid

2001
This invention is a technology for producing levo-monolactic acid by coupling together the membrane separation technique with clear solution single-tank bacterial continuous fermentation. The said technological method is as follows: (a). corn is non-acid-soaked and crushed, and has embryonic bud removed; (b). corn embryonic milk is ground into pulp, and then it is liquefied, saccharificated and filtered to separate saccharide liquor; (c). the saccharide liquor after being concentrated is added with other nutritive sources fermented by lactic acid together into an anae robic fermentation tank for bacterial continuous fermentation; (d). after the fermented liquor is micro-membrane-filtered for initial conentraiton; and (e). the fermented liquor is further heated for concentration and vacuum-rectification to obtain the levo-monolactic acid.
