Each separating element (5) forms a base receiving a storage material (2) of hydrogen. Each separating element (5) comprises a filter textile material in contact with the inner wall (3a) of the casing (3), held in contact with the casing (3) through at least one locking element positioned so that the filter fabric material is locked between the inner wall (3a) of the casing (3) and said at least one locking element.
