Terminal having touch-screen and method for changing touch mode thereof

PURPOSE: A terminal including a touch screen and a touch mode changing method of the terminal are provided to sense a touch event even in an unstable power environment by using a self touch mode having relatively less malfunction. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen(120) is composed of touch sensors(127) for sensing a touch event. The noise checking unit(115) checks an hourly changed value of quantity of charge flowed into a terminal when charging the terminal. If the change value exceeds a critical value, a controller(110) operates the touch screen in a self touch mode for using touch sensors as a transmitting-end which transmits the charge. If the touch screen is operated in a mutual touch mode, the controller changes the mutual mode to the self touch mode.
