The standardizing experimental process to detect stress proteins in physical exercise The process of standardization, reproducibility, development and analysis of results in laboratory experiments involving bench is a complex task. The possible multidisciplinarity between physical education and other areas of biological sciences had led many students for studies in basic science. However, the practices of scientific research often are not part of routine research on colleges of Physical Education. The aim of this study is to reconstruct an area instigating procedures for research - stress proteins as markers of oxidative stress - in a didactic dimension for those who want to launch new research challenges.
