Incidence of head and neck metastases from genito-urinary neoplasms†

The important genito-urinary malignancies have been reviewed and categorized as to the incidence of head and neck dissemination. The relative incidence in our institution was found as follows: adrenal, 6 percent; kidney, 6 percent; renal pelvis and ureter, none; bladder, 4.3 percent; prostate, 1 percent; testicle, 13 percent; and penis, 2.5 percent.
