We studied a complex of biochemical parameters of metabolic reactions occurring in the bird organism when introducing into the diet of the native and immobilized enzyme preparations protosubtilin and celoretin. Stabilized preparations intensify and deepen hydrolytic processes, which was manifested in lowering the level of protein in the chest of the duodenum, increasing proteolytic, amylolytic and cellulolytic activity, increasing the activity of aminotransferases and alkaline phosphatase in the gastrointestinal tract. Enrichment of feed with immobilized enzymes activates biosynthesis processes due to increased supply of catabolic products, as evidenced by an increase in the concentration of protein, RNA and glycogen in the liver, accumulation of protein in the muscles.
