ANÁLISIS DE LA DINÁMICA DE LA EVALUACIÓN DE LA PERTINENCIA DE LOS EGRESADOS UNIVERSITARIOS

ABSTRACT The evaluation of university relevance in order to determine the level of coherence between the graduation profile and the demands of the graduates' employment context has been a point inserted in the higher education agenda. However, there is still a small criterion regarding the active participation of the graduate in this evaluation process. The objective of the present is to determine the conception, research and evaluation of the studies of graduates made in the Laica Eloy Alfaro University of Manabi-Ecuador (Uleam, 2013-2016), as the context of this research. The methodology used from a hermeneutic-dialectical approach allowed to verify the dynamics with which the evaluation of the graduates has been developed, which revealed the need for its improvement from a flexible and integrating approach.
