The invention discloses a preparation method of grapheme oxide composite. The preparation method includes steps of ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in distilled water to obtain dispersion liquid of the graphene oxide; preparing dispersion liquid of spherical copper powder subjected to surface finishing; sufficiently mixing the dispersion liquid of the spherical copper powder and the dispersion liquid of the graphene oxide to obtain dispersion liquid of the graphene oxide composite, reducing the graphene oxide into graphene by liquid-phase reduction, obtaining the graphene composite, wherein the graphene wraps the spherical copper powder. The preparation method of the graphene composite includes sufficiently mixing the spherical copper powder and the graphene oxide after liquid-phase dispersion, obtaining dispersion liquid of the graphene oxide composite, and then reducing the graphene oxide composite to the graphene composite by liquid-phase reduction. Compared with conventional chemical vapor deposition methods, the preparation method of the graphene composite demands no special equipment and is lower in production cost.
