A method of preparing an antimicrobial silk fibroin film

The present invention relates to an antimicrobial preparation of silk fibroin membrane. First a silver salt is dissolved in water, aqueous ammonia was added to form a clear and transparent silver complex ion solution, then adding water-insoluble aliphatic alcohol, using microwave technology, preparation of silver nanoparticles. The resulting silver nanoparticles was added to the silk fibroin solution prepared and mixed to form a dope, is then prepared by an electrostatic spinning technique antibacterial silk fibroin membrane. The method is simple, the interface system for the reaction medium, so that the product transfer and replacement of the adsorbent surfaces of different phases to ensure that the nanoparticles have good uniformity. Using microwave technology to improve the crystallization rate of the product, the procedure is simple, low cost, fast response, high efficiency, and it has a certain universality. Nanosilver prepared hydrophobic, can be well dispersed in the silk fibroin in a solvent, to further facilitate uniformity preparing excellent antibacterial silk membrane.
