The invention discloses a double-reaction chamber low-temperature boiling chlorination furnace. The chlorination furnace comprises a chlorination furnace main body; the chlorination furnace main body comprises a reaction chamber A and a reaction chamber B; the chlorination furnace main body comprises a common segment and a reaction segment from up to down; a flue gas channel is arranged at the upper part of the common segment; the reaction segment comprises a reaction chamber A reaction segment and a reaction chamber B reaction segment which are arranged at left and right positions; the inlet pipes, the cone segments, the air inlet pipes and the discharge pipes are arranged in the reaction chamber A and the reaction chamber B; the upper parts of the reaction chamber A and the reaction chamber B are communicated, the reaction segments are separated by the separator plates; and the flue gas channel is communicated with a TiC14 leaching system. Through design of the double-reaction chamber low-temperature boiling chlorination furnace, the dead furnace risk is effectively reduced. If the furnace temperature of the reaction chamber A is reduced in a abnormal mode, the dead furnace risk is generated, the material in the reaction chamber A can be evacuated according to the condition, overflow heat slag of the reaction chamber B is used for providing an initial heat material to restart the reaction chamber A, so that the furnace is saved for the reaction chamber A, and vice versa.
