Государственное регулирование инновационно-инвестиционных процессов в экономике России

In the article the state role in regulation of investment processes in economy of Russia and at the present stage is defined: functions, principles of the state participation are considered, and also the standard-legal base of organization and realization of investment activity is investigated.
