The Investigation and Research of the Current Situation of Scientific Research of City Middle School Gym Instructors in Qinghai Province

From the aspects of the participating percentage of city gym instructors and the achievements in scientific research of city gym instructors of different diplomats and titles in Xining and Geermu,the paper analyzes its research content,the type,the method as well as the topic origin.And it is concluded that there are many objective factors to restrict teacher's scientific research,and the teachers lack the consciousness to do the scientific research,and the ability of scientific research is need to be enhanced and the control section fail to make the correct guidance.From the basis it makes some improvement suggestions.
