The present invention discloses an urban dynamic spatial structure circle region definition method. The method comprises the following steps: collecting a mobile phone's user location data, and cleaning and processing the mobile phone's user location data to obtain the matched mobile phone's user location data; taking a base station as a unit, combining the matched mobile phone's user location data at each moment according to the data into everyday mobile phone location data; performing spatial location of base stations with different numbers of users in the range of the whole city aiming at the combined base station information through a Thiessen polygon processing method; distributing the use number data in each polygon into each region according to the land parcel area ratio, and obtaining the number of the mobile phone users of each land parcel area; and obtaining the mobile phone user distribution multi- regional value rules of each time and each date through adoption of the spatial analysis method of a Kriging interpolation method in ArcGis, finding out a value zero point, combining the regions in the same area, and defining an urban dynamic spatial structure circle region distribution diagram. The urban dynamic spatial structure circle region definition method fully depends on the current mobile communication network resource, is low in cost, high in frequency, high in precision and big in sample, and is automated.
