Efecto del cloruro de hidroxilamina en la producción de bioinsecticida de Bacillus thuringiensis H-14 var. Israelensis en conciones de laboratorio

2019
ABSTRACT The main purpouse is to evaluate the effect of hydroxylamine chloride in the bioinsecticide production of Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis under laboratory conditions. A control and three concentrations of the mutagen were used with 10 ppm, 20 ppm and 30 ppm with 3 replicates for each in a completely randomized experimental design. The production of biomass was carried out in aerated and agitated cylindrical tank type bioreactors, the fermentations were carried out for 48 hours at a temperature of 30 ° C, initial pH of 7.0 which decreased to a final value of 6.0 and a microbial inoculum of 109 CFU / ml. The growth curve was estimated by plate count, obtaining the highest values for the treatment of 20 ppm. of the mutagen. It was determined that the highest bioinsecticide production was achieved with the 20 ppm treatment. which was quantified in grams of dry weight per liter (2.10 g / L); There is no direct relationship between the production of bioinsecticide and the concentration of the mutagen.
