Guidelines for Information Protection under Work for Industry Agreements

Abstract : This document is meant to ensure acquisition integrity for the SSC San Diego Work for Industry Agreements established with Industry pursuant to the authority in Title 10 U.S. Code, Section 2553 (Sale of Articles of Services to Industry), 2539b (Availability of Government Testing Facilities and Sale of Information to Industry), 2371 (Research Projects: Transactions Other Than Contracts and Grants), and Title 15 U.S. Code, Section 3710a (Cooperative Research and Development Agreements).
