Preparation of human TRAIL and its five receptors' gene probe

Objective:To prepare the probes of human TRAIL and its five receptors.Methods:Human peripheral lymphocytes (PBL) were stimulated to proliferate by PHA. It can induce the gene expression of TRAIL and its receptors at the same time. All coding gene fragments of TRAIL and its five receptors were largely expanded by RT-PCR and isolated by electrophoresis and confirmed by gene sequencing.Results:The DNA fragments of TRAIL and its five receptors were obtained.Conclusion:The adopted method is right. It provides the useful tools for research in the regulating mechanism of the cell apoptosis induced by TRAIL and its receptors. [
