The invention discloses a flue gas analysis and collection system capable of distinguishing a combustion state. A sampling probe is connected with a fine particle cutter and an automatic flue gas analyzer through pipelines respectively; the other end of the fine particle cutter is connected with a first four-way connector through a pipeline; the other three connectors of the first four-way connector are connected with three groups of particle collection devices through pipelines respectively; each of the three groups of particle collection devices comprises a filter membrane, a rotor flow meter and a 24V DC solenoid valve which are connected in sequence; the other ends of the three groups of particle collection devices are connected with the three connectors of a second four-way connector through pipelines respectively; a 24V DC membrane pump is connected with the other connector of the second four-way connector through pipelines; and the 24V DC solenoid valves and the 24V DC membrane pumps in the three groups of particle collection devices are connected with the automatic flue gas analyzer through lines respectively. The flue gas analysis and collection system can be used for sampling and analyzing flue gas particles of different combustion phases in a biomass or municipal domestic waste open burning process, and the deep purification of the flue gas particles of the different combustion phases is realized.
