The voltage regulating and stabilizing device of the utility model can continuously regulate a compensating voltage according to a reference voltage set by a user, and can complete regulating and compensating for an amplitude of the voltage in a few milliseconds; and when an input voltage rises or drops quickly, the voltage regulating and stabilizing device can stabilize an output voltage quickly, thus compared to a traditional mechanical type voltage stabilizer and a non-contact compensated type voltage stabilizer, the voltage regulating and stabilizing device has advantages.
