Super-Resolution 3D Co-Localization of Protein Superstructures and the Cellular Surface in Live Caulobacter crescentus

We demonstrate live cell 3D super-resolution fluorescence imaging of internal protein superstructures co-localized with the cell surface. Our sequential two-color imaging technique demonstrates the advantage of using only one reading laser.
